Mary Jane Case married Billie Barnett just a month shy of her 14th birthday. This photo was probably taken in the 1890s perhaps at the wedding of her daughter, Rosa Bell, in Oct 1892.

Stone of Billie Barnett and Mary Jane Case. The lady in the photo is Thelma Lorene Eagon b. 1915 who is their granddaughter who lives at Schofield. They are buried in the Schofield Cemetery, Polk Co, Missouri.

This photo was taken at a Barnett, Case, and Nicodemus family picnic at the Barnett farm near Foose, Dallas Co, Missouri about 1916. Here are the folks that can be identified:
-  Far right with white apron is Mary "Aunt Polly" (Case) Coble
(1842-1919). She was born in McNairy County, Tennessee and was the daughter of William and Nancy Case. Note she had one hand behind her back.  She was probably hiding the corn cob pipe that she smoked. 
-  2nd and 3rd from are right Mary Jane (Case) Barnett (1860-1926) and William Monroe Cawdra (Billie) Barnett (1853-1928). He was one of the founders of the "Old-Time Singing" at the Red Top Church that is still an annual event in July each year.  
-  4th and 5th from right are Rosa Bell (Barnett) Nicodemus (1876-1958), dau of the Barnett's above, and her husband, Harry Weldon Nicodemus (1864-1951) with his arms folded.
-  To the left and front of Rosa Bell is a bear footed (and toe
headed) boy. I'm pretty sure that is their son Earl b. 1914.  To his right is his older brother Walter 1904.
-  Seventh from left without a hat and arms folded is Bill Nicodemus
b. 1895.  He is the oldest of the Nicodemus children.

William Barnett selling the land to a James Shannon on Dec 15, 1862. Could not have been Billie. He would have been only 9 years old at the time

Her first child, Florida was born two days short of her 15th birthday, but lived only four months. In 31 years of child bearing, she gave birth to 15 children. At least six children died before they reached the age of 20. On 16 Apr 1898 Esther Eve was born and died the same day.  Four years later on 30 Mar 1902, Mary Jane's oldest living daughter, Rosa Bell (Barnett) Nicodemus, gave birth to a daughter and named her Esther Eva Nicodemus (Mar 1902-Mar 2000). Mary Jane Case had several children that were younger than her grandchildren.

After her first grandchild was born in 1893, "Grandma" Mary Jane Case gave birth to six more children. See the family picnic photo on her husbands page that was taken about 18 years after this one. It appears that she was wearing the same dress as in this photo (they made them to last) and had the same hair do.
